Returns & Refunds — Cuban-Tex Spice Co.

You have 30 days from delivery to request a return or refund. To start, email us at hola@cubantexspice.com with your order number. If the item arrived damaged or defective, please include a photo.

Unopened spices and merch in their original condition are eligible for a return or refund. Damaged, defective, or incorrect items will be replaced or refunded.

Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, except when the return is due to our error or a damaged or defective item — in those cases, we cover the return shipping.

Personalized items are final sale and cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Catering services are booked separately and are not covered by this product return policy.
